Results to Primaris
Samples go to the lab the same day. Results go to the provider who ordered them.
Good to know
Book a fasting draw at 7 AM before work, or have us come to your office between meetings.
Get blood work done ahead of a comprehensive or executive assessment so results are ready for your appointment.
We share your details only with the lab and the provider on your requisition, under Alberta's Health Information Act.
Your home-visit price is confirmed when we confirm your booking. Many health spending accounts accept our receipts.

Do I need a requisition?
Yes, for doctor-ordered blood work. Have the requisition from your Primaris care team ready at the visit, or attach it when you email your request.
Can you come to my office?
Yes. We collect at homes and workplaces across Calgary. Add parking or building details in the notes when you book.
How early can you come?
Weekday visits start at 7 AM and Saturday visits at 8 AM, which suits fasting tests.
Who sees my results?
Results go to the provider on your requisition through the lab. Blood Tech Diagnostics does not receive or keep your results.
Blood Tech Diagnostics Inc. is an independent mobile lab collection service. Primaris Health is a separate clinic and is responsible for your medical care, prescriptions and test orders.
